Contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the return route and required details.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Return Requests<\/h3><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For eligible unused products, contact DylanBikes within 14 days of delivery. Returned items should be unused, clean, complete, and packed securely with original packaging and accessories whenever possible.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Damaged or Faulty Items<\/h3><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your order arrives damaged or appears faulty, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos of the packaging, photos of the product, and a short description of the issue.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refund Timing<\/h3><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refunds are reviewed after the returned product is received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method where possible.
