We want DylanBikes customers to receive the correct product in good condition. Contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the return route and required details.

Return Requests

For eligible unused products, contact DylanBikes within 14 days of delivery. Returned items should be unused, clean, complete, and packed securely with original packaging and accessories whenever possible.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or appears faulty, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos of the packaging, photos of the product, and a short description of the issue.

Refund Timing

Refunds are reviewed after the returned product is received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method where possible. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.

Important Notes

  • Do not return batteries, e-bikes, or scooters without confirmation from DylanBikes.
  • Used, damaged, incomplete, or unsafe returns may be refused or reduced.
  • Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return and applicable consumer rules.
